蠕變是指在已施加負(fù)載但所有其他環(huán)境因素不變的情況下電橋輸出的變化。負(fù)載單元在負(fù)載下經(jīng)過一段時間后可能會產(chǎn)生變形,從而導(dǎo)致蠕變。蠕變恢復(fù)是指在取消負(fù)載條件后電橋輸出的變化。這兩種誤差都是在給定時間段內(nèi)的額定值,可能包含在電橋數(shù)據(jù)表中(請參閱表 4-1)。不過,這些誤差與 ADC 測量本身沒有關(guān)系。
與某些其他參數(shù)類似,蠕變和蠕變恢復(fù)是無法進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)的誤差。產(chǎn)生的影響必須在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的誤差預(yù)算之內(nèi)。
