Abstract

This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the TRF0213-SEP. It is radiation tolerant, near-DC to 11GHz, fully differential RF amplifier in SEP (Space Enhanced Plastic). The TRF0213-SEP is manufactured with a controlled baseline and features the following:

• One Assembly and Test Site
• Product Traceability
• An Extended Product Life Cycle
